Shipping
All products are shipped with UPS Ground as a default, we do offer 2-Day and Priority Service. Currently we do not offer overnight shipping. Please choose between the available shipping services depending on your requirements. Orders are shipped on standard business days and usually within 24 hours of when the order is placed depending on current order volume. Below is a map of average UPS transit times for ground service.

Warranty
All EZ Ecommerce, LLC. products are covered by a warranty or non-warranty that is specific to that product. Please check your original packaging and manual for warranty details where applicable.

Refund and Exchange Policy
EZ Ecommerce, LLC. will not honor requests for refunds or exchanges after 30 days of delivery. You must contact Consumer Services below and request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by HockeyPants.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 12% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. You will pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned for refund or exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges
You may exchange a faulty item for the same item after delivery by contacting Customer Service within 30 days after delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 30 days of delivery and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 5- 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our distribution center.

Contacting Consumer Services
If you would like to return or exchange your product to Hyper Race, please contact Consumer Services for a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization Form). Please fill out the form and email return to the contact listed on the RMA for your instructions on how to return your merchandise. Hyper Race does not pay for shipping costs on returned merchandise that is not broken or defective.
